Tophome International Corporation is a sales office of Eagle Electric Co. Ltd that was established in 1997. Our factory houses over 1,000 workers, and we mainly produce heating pads and heated blankets for worldwide markets.
Meeting CE/GS and UL Standards
With over 20 years of experience, we are professional and one of the biggest heating pads manufacturers in China. We have our own R&D team and have lots of patents on the heating product and including development patent in the US. We have experienced engineer and they can help the product to pass many tests, like CE/GS, UL and more standards. Currently, we have over 100 items with above product safe certification.
We are also very strict to our products quality area, most of the parts of our products need to pass all kinds of tests before using, and the main parts of the heating pads was imported, like thermostats, heating wire. For us, quality is the first thing; our return rate in the market is very low not even close to 0.8%. We also have product liability insurance to secure the quality insurance in the market.
Supported by Two Main Production Lines
We also have the big advantage on the capacity on manufacturing, since most of the production process is working in-house. Our 1,000 worker manning our two main production lines can produce 30,000 pieces a day. Currently, there is no other factory can cover this number in China.
